Every living being needs every other living being to survive and thrive, especially when the voices of division, fear, and hopelessness appear to dominate our collective narratives. We can feel like we are alone, powerless, and/or heart weary in times like these.
Join us for a nourishing day in community devoted to (re)discovering and cultivating heart remedies that inspire and energize us, and support our deepest sense of happiness and well-being. We'll explore practical, everyday ways of meeting ourselves, our practice, and our lives with courage, hope, and love.
